It’s that time of year again — hot chocolate season and (maybe) toasted marshmallows on the horizon… I couldn’t let Christmas pass without bringing a little Bitesize Bakehouse magic your way.
This festive season, I’m opening very limited pre-orders for some of my most-loved treats — the ones that have become part of my core range over the festive period these last years.
This year feels a little different because, as Bitesize Bakehouse continues to evolve and I shift my focus towards supporting other small businesses through consultancy and workshops, this might be the last time you’ll be able to grab these classic BB Christmas favourites!

What’s on the Christmas Menu
Christmas Marshmallow Mix Light, fluffy and full of festive flavour — available in boxes of 8 or 16. Perfect for gifting, sharing, or secretly keeping for yourself (I won’t tell).
Christmas Chocolate Boxes A selection of indulgent handcrafted chocolates, available in boxes of 12, 16 or 24. Each one full of smooth, rich, creamy flavours and made for savouring slowly.
Festive Chocolate Bars
White, milk or dark chocolate bars in my favourite Christmas combinations — think honey roast pecan, cranberry chunks, and hazelnut bresilienne. They make the perfect stocking filler or a well-deserved treat with your evening cuppa.

These festive goodies are pre-order only this year I'm afraid, and stock is very limited this year. Orders can be placed now for collection or postal dispatch on one of the following dates:
16th, 18th or 19th December
Once they’re gone, that’s it for 2025 — I’ll be hanging up my chocolate thermometer for a little while as I pour my energy into helping other creative business owners grow their own ideas (find out more about that here) and also sharing a few recipes and workshops along the way too!
