Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

 

This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds and returns work across the different services and products offered by Bitesize Bakehouse/ Bitesize Business. If you have any questions at any point, please email hello@bitesizebakehouse.com and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Consulting Services & Business Support

 

One-Off Sessions

One-off business sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of two weeks’ notice, subject to availability. We’ll always do our best to find a suitable alternative date.

 

Please note:

  • Multiple reschedules of the same session are not possible.

  • If a session is cancelled with less than two weeks’ notice once a date has been agreed, the session is non-refundable.

  • If a session is cancelled within one week of purchase, and no date has yet been agreed, a refund may be issued. Please contact us to arrange this.

  • We encourage you to take up the offer of a free call before purchasing to get a feel for the way we work and our style /plans to check we are a good fit beforehand. We are happy to answer any questions ahead of purchasing sessions to help ensure you feel confident you have the right product. 
     

Retainer & Project-Based Support

Cancellations or changes to retainer or project work will be handled in line with the agreed written scope, timescales and notice period outlined at the start of the engagement. As standard, this is typically one month’s notice from either party, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital Downloads & Online Resources


(Including free and paid downloads from the Organised Business Hub)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please get in touch and we’ll help resolve this as quickly as possible.
 

Workshops (In-Person or Online)


Workshop bookings are non-refundable as standard unless contact is made within 5 working days of purchase and before a date for delivery is confirmed. If you change your mind and 
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible. Where feasible, we may offer:

  • A transfer to a future workshop date, or

  • A credit to use against another workshop or service

This is always subject to availability and at our discretion.

Food Products, Cakes & Edible Orders


Cancellations

If you need to cancel a food order, please contact us as far in advance as possible.

  • Orders cancelled 14 days or more before the delivery or collection date will receive a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice are not eligible for a refund as standard.
    If the item has not yet entered production, a refund may be possible at our discretion, minus any unavoidable costs already incurred.
     

Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products and the fact that all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges as standard.

However:

  • If you receive an incorrect product, or

  • If there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order

Please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt. We may offer a refund or replacement of equal value where appropriate. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for issues raised outside this timeframe.

General Notes

  • All refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Bitesize Bakehouse reserves the right to review each case individually and act fairly and reasonably in line with this policy.
